UPPER TOWNSHIP— A house fire on Porter Gap Road last week is under investigation, authorities said Friday.

The Frank Ratliff Sr. residence sustained heavy damage early last Sunday morning. No one was living in the house at the time of the blaze.

“It was a set fire and the investigation is on-going,” Shane Cartmill, spokesman for the State Fire Marshal’s Office, said. “There are no suspects.”

Those with information may call the fire marshal’s office at 1-800-589-2728.
