Bryant-Evans
Published 12:00am Tuesday, July 29, 2008Gloria Jean Bryant of Coal Grove exchanged vows with Joshua Scott Evans, of Flatwoods, Ky., on May 3 at Woodland Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Ironton. Pastor Dave Schug officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Jana Bryant of Coal Grove. The groom is the son of Jeff and Kim Evans of Flatwoods. She was escorted by her father. Maid of honor was Megan Collins, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erica Bryant, cousin of the bride, and Ashley Jenkins, friend of the bride. Flower girls were Skyelar Lynch, cousin of the bride, and Chase Bess, cousin of the groom.
Michael Craig, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Helo, friend of the groom, and Billie Bryant, brother of the bride. Jeff Evans Jr. served as usher.
Music was provided by Brad Jenkins. The guest book was guest book attendants were Amber Lynch, cousin of the bride and Kara Moore, friend of the bride.
A reception followed at the church. Special thanks to Vickie Jenkins, aunt of the bride and to George Hood, for catering the reception.
The bride attends Ashland Community College, majoring in early childhood education, and is employed at South Ashland Family Resource Center.
The groom is employed at Tri-State Lawn Care.
The couple will reside in Flatwoods.
