Cabell Huntington Hospital hosts free men’s health talk

Cabell Huntington Hospital will host a free men’s health presentation on Oct. 1 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. that will focus on important health issues facing men. The presentation will take place in the Harless Auditorium on the ground floor of Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall University Medical Center.

The discussion will be led by James C. Jensen, MD, robotic surgeon and urologic oncologist from the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.

Dr. Jensen will discuss signs, symptoms and treatment options for several health conditions that are specific to men including prostate cancer, BPH (enlarged prostate), incontinence and sexual dysfunction. A coupon for a free prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test will be available for men who have not had the test during the past year.
