Drug abuse, falsification — Union Township Monday, two cars reportedly chasing each other, both cars detained, passenger in one vehicle reportedly gave false information to deputy, arrested and taken to jail, two crack pipes found in underwear while being booked at jail, Deborah Bowen, 57, Huntington W.Va., charged.

Drug, drug paraphernalia —Burlington-Macedonia Road, Burlington Sunday, vehicle searched during traffic stop, Darvocet, Vicodin and empty ink pen tube with whites residue confiscated, Bobbi J. Yates, 31, 977 Township Road 148, Chesapeake, and Jeremy S. Harless, 31, Huntington, W.Va., both cited to Lawrence County Municipal Court.

Disorderly conduct —County Road 2 and County Road 115, Union Township Sunday, man reportedly lying in street, Daniel Combs, 71, 803 County Road 65, Proctorville, arrested and taken to jail.

— Gregory K. Brewer, 44, Kenova W.Va., fictitious registration, driving under suspension Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Richard D. Chastain, 35, 93 Township Road 1224, Proctorville, outstanding warrant Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Kara D. Hern, 25, 803 Solida Road, South Point, outstanding warrant Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— Lucio Gomez, 35, no address listed, petty theft Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
