CHESAPEAKE — Grover Lloyd “Joe” Smith Jr., 66, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2009, at his residence. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Ben Coleman officiating. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
