HULL, Ga. — Harold Allen Baise, 42, of Hull, formerly of Chesapeake, Ohio, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
