RHMS cheerleaders national champions

PEDRO — The Rock Hill Middle School Cheerleaders were named the National Champions in the Junior High Advanced Non-Mount Division at the Jamfest Nationals held in Gatlinburg, TN.

Along with the national title the girls received a team trophy, a National Champion banner, individual medals and National Champion backpacks. The team also participated — by invitation only — in the Gatlinburg Fantasy of Lights Parade in front of a crowd of 80,000 spectators and 300,000 television viewers.

Team members are: Allison Sites, Katie Hall, Taylor Pancake, Brooklynn Kingrey, Arinn Gustin, Courtney Bamer, Tarique Lewis, Makenzi Martin and Tara Morgan.
