Assault — Reported at police station Monday, report filed.

Burglary — 200 block Center Street Monday, residence entered, laptop taken.

Attempted burglary — 300 block Kemp Street Monday.

Dog bite — 1400 block South Second Street Tuesday, three-year-old boy bitten on face, 28 stitches required at local hospital, dog confiscated by dog warden.

Breaking and entering — River Cities Music, North Fourth Street Tuesday, attempted entry made.

Complaint — 800 block South 10th Street Tuesday, people reportedly revving car motor.

Complaint — 300 block Walnut Street Tuesday, people reportedly trying to kick door in.

Complaint — 800 block Vine Street Wednesday, dog kicked, suspect named.

Complaint — 1500 block Lawrence Street Wednesday, unattended children creating disturbance late at night, advised.
