Ironton police

Trouble — 300 block North Second Street Tuesday, man reportedly causing trouble, left, returned, Craig Lewis, 25, 14 Campbell Ave., Ironton, charged with disorderly conduct and taken to jail.

Vandalism/theft — Woodland Cemetery Tuesday, items being taken from graves, extra patrols requested.

Accidental shooting — 1300 block South Seventh Street Tuesday, woman reportedly shot in shoulder while moving gun in her residence, taken to area hospital.

Trouble — 2400 block South Fifth Street Tuesday, man reportedly causing trouble, taken to friend’s house for night.

Suspicious vehicle — Woodland Cemetery Wednesday, two cars of kids in cemetery after hours, left prior to officers’ arrival, located, parents notified.

— Billy R. Monroe, 46, 1406 S. Ninth St., Ironton, commitment Thursday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Robert T. Kalmbach, 42, 803 High St., Coal Grove, commitment Thursday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Joshua B. Kelly, 24, 305 Depot St., Coal Grove, outstanding warrant Thursday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— Justin E. Caynor, 19, State Route 243, Chesapeake, disorderly conduct Wednesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Jeremy Harless, 32, 109 Ashland, Drive, South Point, possession of drugs Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Inducing panic — Symmes Valley High School Tuesday, menacing telephone calls made to school, two juvenile suspects located, ordered to write letters of apology.

Aggravated menacing — South Point High School Tuesday, teacher reportedly threatened, suspect named.

Theft — State Route 93, Ironton Friday, lawn furniture taken.

Rape — Perry Township March 3, man reportedly assaulted, possibly drugged, suspect named.

Breaking and entering — County Road 6, Rock Camp March 6, tools taken from garage.
