Ironton golf meeting

set for Saturday

A golf meeting will be conducted at noon on Saturday at Ironton High School for anyone entering grades 9-12 planning to play golf for the 2010 season.

Volleyball class for

new officials planned

Any persons interested in becoming an Ohio High School Athletic Association volleyball official should attend a class to be offered beginning July 24 at Coal Grove High School.

Candidates must attend 27 hours of classroom and on the court instruction. To enroll, contact Jack Welz at (740) 533-4327 (work) or (740) 532-9415 (home) before July 24.
