Theft — Route 7, Chesapeake Wednesday, man reports trailer missing and passenger side of window of truck smashed, no suspects.

Theft — Private Drive 48, South Point Wednesday, man reports television set and $500 in cash taken from home, no suspects.

Petty Theft — Walmart, South Point Wednesday, man allegedly took two rings out of store without paying. Joey Seagraves, 27, of 210 Brubaker, South Point, charged with petty theft.

Menacing — Township Road 1038, Chesapeake Wednesday, homeowner reports workman threatened her twice via phone.

Theft — Private Drive 8047, Proctorville Wednesday, man reports air-conditioning unit taken from rental property he owns, no suspects.

Domestic Violence — Township Road 89, Proctorville Thursday, woman reports brother allegedly hit her in the face several times.

Criminal Damaging — Walmart, South Point Thursday, woman allegedly opened games and movie packages then left them in store, depriving store of $119, Pamela Hutchinson, 39, of Whites Creek Road, Catlettsburg, Ky., cited for criminal damaging, to appear in Lawrence County Municipal Court.

Petty Theft — Walmart, South Point Thursday, man allegedly takes items from sporting goods department, exiting store without paying. Robert Frasher, 27, 3508 State Route 5, Ashland, Ky., charged with petty theft.
