Greg and Velvet Harmon, of Willow Wood, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tracy Dawn Harmon, to J.D. Fraley, son of Gary and Linda Fraley of Ironton. Tracy is the granddaughter of Nancy Harmon, the late Larry Harmon, and the late Lois and Delano Myers. J.D. is the grandson of Emma Swango and Lillian Fraley.

The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Symmes Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Rio Grande. She is currently employed with Strictly Business Computer Systems in Huntington, W.Va.Bend

The groom-elect is a 1997 graduate of Ironton High School and a 2001 graduate of Ohio University. He is currently employed with the STAR Community Justice Center in Franklin Furnace.

The wedding is planned for 3 p.m., Nov. 13, 2010, at the City Mission Church in Ironton. The wedding is open to family and friends.
