Elizabeth Mann and Aaron Bliss of Huntington, W.Va. would like to announce the birth of their son, Logan Bliss. Logan was born in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces and was 22 inches long. Logan’s maternal grandparents are Melinda and Mark Cain. His paternal grandparents are Linda and Bill Gannon.
