The Rev. and Mrs. Darrell Fowler, of Scottown, would like to announce the engagement and forth coming wedding of their daughter, Tiffany Fowler, to Caleb Bland, of Willow Wood. Caleb is the son of Teresa and Greg Bland.

Tiffany is the granddaughter of Betty and the late Bill Fowler and the late Rev. Bill Payne and the late Juanita Payne. She graduated from Symmes Valley High School in 2007 and graduated from Ohio University in 2011 with a degree in early childhood education. She is currently employed with Village Floor Covering in South Point.

Caleb is the grandson of Mary and Don Betts of Willow Wood and Ken and Wilma Bland of Proctorville. He graduated from Symmes Valley High School in 2004 and attended Ohio University for business management. He is currently employed with Special Metals in Huntington, W.Va.

The wedding will be held at Wilgus Fairview Church on April 16. The music will begin at 4 p.m. with the ceremony at 4:30 p.m. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall. Everyone is invited.
