Brandon and Ashley Heighton, of Franklin Furnace, would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Brynleigh Marie Heighton, on April 2.

Brynleigh was born at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

Brynleigh’s maternal grandparents are Mylissa and Gary Bentley and Mark Wilson. Her maternal great-grandparents are Rose and the late Dave Akers, Donna Callicoat and Bill Rowe and Janie and Paul Bentley.

Brynleigh’s paternal grandparents are Scott and Penny Heighton. Her paternal great-grandparents are Sam and Penny Heighton and Shirley and the late Buster Tatum.
