Sheriff’s office

Domestic — Fayette Township, 10:54 p.m. Sunday, man reportedly intoxicated and belligerent making threats to unseen person, family fears for safety, Dakota Rice, 21, 902 Gary Malone St., arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — 100 block Howard Street, Coal Grove, 12:10 p.m. July 6, money and debit card taken, debit card used, suspect named.

Domestic — 300 block Township Road 250, South Point, woman reportedly assaulted, cell phone taken, suspect named.

Burglary/domestic — Lawrence Township, 12:16 a.m. Saturday, residence entered without permission, keys to vehicle taken, vehicle later returned, vehicle owner reportedly grabbed by throat, struck in face, suspect named.

Theft — 200 block County Road 7C, Ironton, 3:50 p.m. Saturday, two chainsaws and a leaf blower taken.
