Jo Ann Counts Mullins, 73, of Summit, Ky., died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Ercel Mullins. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Preston Family Funeral Home, Ashland, Ky., with Pastor Fred Wiles officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Park. James Meadows
James Bernard “Bernie” Meadows, 73, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, W.Va. He was the husband of Becky Meadows, who survives. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, with Dr. Allen Reasons and the Rev. Hubert Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington.
