Weather changes Halloween times

Villages in the county have changed their trick or treat times because of Hurricane Sandy. Proctorville and Chesapeake will have their door to door event on Thursday. Proctorville youngsters will go out between 6 to 8 p.m. while Chesapeake’s trick or treat will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Also, South Point and Burlington will have trick or treat from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
