Paul Coffey

Paul “PR” Ranzie Coffey, 75, of Raceland, Ky., died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at home. Funeral service will be at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Ky., at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Bishop James R. Daniels and Rev. Jeff Ferguson. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Marvin Blake

Marvin R. Blake, 78, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at home. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.

Loretta Layman

Loretta Layman, 73, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Hospice House of Huntington. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.

Roberta Fout

Roberta Fout of Lawrence County, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was the wife of Kenneth Fout, who survives. Arrangements are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.

Evelyn Bryant

Evelyn Bryant, 94, of Ironton, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at a local health care facility. Arrangements are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.
