Eloise Kaiser Judd, 95, of Hollywood, Fla., formerly of Lawrence County, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 in Florida. Arraignments are pending at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville.

Ernest Francis Jr., 70, of West Portsmouth, formerly of Ironton, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at the SOMC Hospice Care Center in Portsmouth. Arraignments are pending at Brown Funeral Chapel.

Frank Conley, 66, of Ironton, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Arraignments are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.

 

 

Davis Malone

Davis E. Malone, 82, of Catlettsburg, Ky., formerly of Ironton, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Arraignments are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.

 

 

James Shope

James E. Shope, 88, of Ironton, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, in the VA Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Arraignments are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.
