Ironton has presale
for district tickets
Presale tickets for the Ironton Fighting Tigers Division III district championship game will be on sale until 2 p.m. Friday in the auto shop office at Ironton High School and at Iron City Hardware.
Tickets are $6 in advance. Ironton receives only 25 percent of the presale. Fans are encouraged to buy in advance to help the school.
Ironton plays Zane Trace at 9:30 p.m. Friday at Ohio University.
Ironton Little League
tryouts Saturday
Ironton Little League tryouts will be held at the Ironton Middle School Gym this Saturday. 10 a.m. 11-12 baseball; 10:30 11-12 softball; 11 a.m. 9-10 baseball 11:30 9-10 softball; Noon 7-8 baseball; 12:30 p.m. 7-8 softball.
Ball gloves and tennis shoes are required. Registrations will be accepted prior to tryouts. Makeup tryouts will be 5 p.m. Monday at IMS gym.
