Evelyn Joyce Ferris, 66, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, by Rev.
