Assault — No location given, June 24, woman came to sheriff’s office to report a 16-year-old allegedly assaulted her, wanted incident on file in case problems arise in the future.

Petty theft — 50 block Township Road 616, South Point, June 20, $167 and a bottle of Xanax taken from resident, suspect named.

Theft without consent — 300 block Private Drive 3348, Chesapeake, June 24, man reported 30 Percocets missing from home.

Theft — 10000 block County Road 1, Chesapeake, June 20, gun taken from residence.

Burglary, vandalism — 1900 block County Road 104, Chesapeake, June 21, man reported window broken out of residence with cinder block, flat screen TV taken, suspect named.

Burglary — 40 block Private Drive 78, South Point, June 20, TV taken from residence, suspect named.

Petty theft — 400 block Private Drive 13, Ironton, June 18, gun taken from truck.

Domestic violence — 300 block Township Road 1186, South Point, June 21, man alleged stepfather assaulted him and his mother, suspect not arrested because he was transported to hospital.

— Sarah Brace, 24, of 4217 County Road 6, Kitts Hill, warrants June 22 by the forestry service.

— Dwayne Thompson, 47, of 113 Knoll Ave., West Union, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest June 22 by the Ironton Police Department.

— James Schwab, 37, of 34 Township Road 1050, Ironton, assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and warrants June 22 by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— Jacob Mylar, 19, of 106 Solida Road, South Point, burglary June 23 by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Winford Kelly, 63, of Kenova, W.Va., disorderly conduct June 24 by the Ironton Police Department.

— Jamie Ratliff, 36, of 241 Township Road 1430, South Point, warrants and possession of drugs June 21 by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Verna Sword, 30, of 416 Township Road 290, Ironton, warrants June 24 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
