Next month Trinity Assembly of God plans to give away school supplies during its August giveaway and is asking parents interested to call the church to register for the event.

They must provide their name, the number of children and their ages and can do that by calling (740) 818-6035.

The church will provide a pre-packaged packet of school items for each child that is grade appropriate.

Registration can be made now through Aug. 4 for the giveaway on Aug. 17 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

“We need a little bit of a head start to start setting aside items,” Pastor Darrell Ford said.
