Debra Mosser, 60, of Kenova, W.Va., died on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013, in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, W.Va. A memorial service will be held at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Ky., on Thursday at noon. Visitation is an hour prior to service time. www.carmanfuneral com.

 

 

Dale Morris

Salem Fuller

Salem Tim Fuller Jr., 72, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was the husband of Donna Sue Nance Fuller, who survives. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday. Arrangements are under the direction of Hall Funeral Home.
