Vandalism, criminal trespass — Grandview Building Supply, 100 block County Road 450, South Point, Nov. 1, former employee allegedly damaging tents with screwdriver; Warren Hong, 50, of 116 Township Road 616, South Point, arrested.

Resisting arrest and causing physical harm to officer, domestic violence, aggravated assault — Burlington-Macedonia Road and U.S. 52, South Point, Nov. 2, deputy was allegedly injured while assisting another deputy with a domestic violence arrest; suspect allegedly would not comply with deputy’s orders, resulting in the resisting arrest charge; Kevin Sites, 51, of 7244 County Road 1, South Point, arrested.

Domestic violence, disrupting public service — A private drive in Rome Township, Nov. 2, woman alleged boyfriend hit and choked her and broke her cell phone; Ricky Carter II, 24, of the same address, arrested.

Receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, complicity — Walmart, South Point, Nov. 3, woman allegedly caught trying to return stolen items to store for cash and had prior shoplifting charges; Crystal Hayslette, 29, of 106 Lawson Ave., Huntington, W.Va., cited into court; James Ansel, 43, of 4892 Spring Road Apt. 4, Huntington, W.Va., and Aaron Ruckman, 30, of the same address, arrested for outstanding warrants and charged with complicity.

Domestic violence — Southern Hills Motel, South Point, Nov. 3, 15-year-old girl alleged her father slammed her hand in balcony door and hit her in the eye; Brian Pinkerman, 39, of 1012 Island Shores Drive, Greenacres, Fla., arrested.

Domestic violence — 900 block County Road 59, Chesapeake, Nov. 4, man alleged his wife became violent and hit him several times in the face and chest area; Patricia Henderson, 33, of the same address, arrested.
