Obstructing official business, resisting arrest, clean air act — 30 block Township Road 1317, South Point, Nov. 5, man allegedly burning books in his back yard and refused to put out the fire; man allegedly refused to tell deputy who he was or any information; man allegedly resisted being arrested; Aaron Haycook, 41, of 34 Township Road 1317, South Point, arrested.

Burglary — 100 block Township Road 1280, Proctorville, Nov. 1, cameo ring and earrings reported taken from apartment.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1161, Proctorville, Nov. 1, storage unit broken into, washer and dryer, tools and misc. items taken.

Breaking and entering, theft — County Road 41 S. Pedro, Nov. 1, out building broken into, 2 ATVs, weedeaters taken.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1161, Proctorville, Nov. 1, storage building broken into, TV, golf clubs, autographed picture of Arnold Palmer taken.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1161, Proctorville, Nov. 1, storage building broken into, Nintendo items taken.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1204, Proctorville, Nov. 1, storage unit broken into.
