Petty theft — Walmart, South Point, Nov. 21, man allegedly tried to shoplift headlights; Austin Forbes, 29, of 525 Longbranch Road, Argillite, Ky., cited to court.

Theft, burglary — 9200 block County Road 107, Proctorville, Nov. 20, TVs and Playstation taken from residence; suspect named.
