Ironton H.S. alumni basketball postponed

The Ironton High School athletic department has postponed its inaugural annual alumni basketball game scheduled for Friday at the Harold Conley Sports Center.

The new date will be announced at a later time.

 

Ironton Little League plans registrations

The Ironton National Little League will conduct league registrations for youths ages 4-14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and 3:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, at the Ironton Middle School.

Youths must present required proof of age (birth certificate) and three documents proving residency or one document supporting school enrollment.

Registration fees are: Option 1 $40 for one child or $50 per family and must sell box of candy; Optioni 2 $70 per child or $80 per family with no candy to sell.

Age divisions are: tee ball 4-6; minor league 7-8; major league 9-10 and 11-12; junior league 13-14; senior league 15-16; Big League 17-18 (if interested).
