Rumpke service in the areas listed below will not occur today due to winter weather conditions. Service will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week, weather permitting. This only affects the following areas:

Ohio Counties:

Athens, Fayette, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton and Washington

Kentucky Counties:

Boyd, Elliott and Greenup

West Virginia Counties:

Cabell, Mason, Putnam and Wayne

 

Rumpke’s landfills in Wellston and Waverly, along with its transfer stations in Ironton and Chillicothe, will remain open today for disposal customers. The Portsmouth Transfer Station is closed.
