Petty theft, criminal trespass — Walmart, South Point, March 24, man and woman allegedly tried to leave store without paying for items; woman previously banned from all stores; Destanie Lockhart, 21, of 2724 Highlawn Ave., Huntington, W.Va., and Caleb Williams, 23, of 3920 Riverside Drive, Huntington, cited to court.

Gross sexual imposition — Country Hearth Inn, South Point, March 15, man reported his 7-year-old daughter alleged another man touched her inappropriately about eight months ago; negative contact with suspect.

Breaking and entering, vandalism, theft — State Route 775, Proctorville, March 15, AEP employee reported fence around substation cut and about 150 feet of copper wire taken; cost of damage reported to be more than $20,000.

Criminal simulation — Speedway, Charlie Creek Road, South Point, March 25, male suspect tried to use counterfeit $50 bill; video of suspect collected.

Criminal simulation — Ohio Valley Bank at Walmart, South Point, March 24, bank reported female suspect trying to deposit counterfeit $50 bill into bank account; video of female and a male suspect collected.

Theft — 7000 block County Road 15, Chesapeake, March 13, bank reported foreclosed home had been broken into; appliances, cabinets, copper pipes, wiring, sink, etc., taken.

Assault — 6300 block County Road 181, Ironton, March 24, woman alleged two women beat her up.

Burglary — 200 block Township Road 1007, Chesapeake, March 25, Playstation Vita, engagement ring taken from residence.

Petty theft — Private Drive off State Route 141, Ironton, March 25, Verizon employee reported copper ground wire taken from tower site.

Domestic violence — Private drive off Township Road 508, South Point, March 24, man alleged girlfriend ran over his foot after a dispute.

Domestic violence — Private drive in Pedro, March 20, woman alleged her brother threaten to kill her and their whole family.

Robbery — Walmart, South Point, March 25, man allegedly punched loss prevention agent in the face while trying to leave the store without paying for items; Howard Maze, 29, of 1303 1/2 Eighth St, Huntington, W.Va., arrested.

Petty theft — Walmart, South Point, March 27, three male suspects allegedly tried to leave store without paying for items; Seth Mannon, 18, of 1615 County Road 44 N., Pedro; Bryce Krum, 18, of 840 County Road 19, Ironton; and Andrew Nickell, 18, of 220 Scioto Ave., Ironton, cited to court.
