The Reds are expected to play the Toronto Blue Jays at Olympic Stadium in Montreal in several 2015 spring training games.

The Blue Jays and New York Mets played two games last spring and drew more than 96,000 total fans.

The 2015 season is the 10-year anniversary of the Expos leaving Montreal to become the Washington Nationals.

There have continued to be talks regarding another Major League Baseball team being returned to Montreal.

A report by Buster Olney of ESPN.com said fired Arizona Diamondbacks’ general manager Kevin Towers has opted not to accept a different job with the organization and will accept a job as assistant to Cincinnati Reds’ general manager Walt Jocketty.
