The Ohio State Patrol has confirmed a second person, Sara Thoman, 17, of South Point, has died as a result of injuries sustained in a car crash on Sunday that also claimed the life of 17-year-old Jacob Damron.

A vigil for Damron and Thoman is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight in the South Point High School gymnasium.
