Petty theft, complicity, assault — 7400 block County Road 107, Proctorville, Nov. 17, couple allegedly caught stealing items from Dollar General; one suspect allegedly assaulted the manager as he was trying to leave; Tony Edwards, 36, and Taylor Whitney, 28, both of 125 Township Road 1161 Lot 6, Proctorville, arrested.

Petty theft — Walmart, South Point, Nov. 21, man allegedly tried to return stolen items; Richard Blevins, 26, of 70 Private Road 302, South Point, cited to court.

Domestic violence — 1100 block County Road 26, Ironton, Nov. 19, man alleged son shoved him while trying to take medication from the home; Joshua Cade, 31, of the same address, arrested.

Domestic violence, child endangerment, disorderly conduct while intoxicated — 30 block Township Road 1408 N., South Point, Nov. 19, 17-year old alleged her mother tried to take younger sibling’s school money; mother allegedly retrieved a knife during argument and daughter called police; deputy reported woman was allegedly intoxicated when he arrived to the scene; Nyoka Hackworth, of the same address, arrested.

Rape — 100 block Township Road 1027, South Point, Nov. 22, 12-year-old girl alleged 12-year-old boy forced her to have sex; boy said the sex was consensual; case sent to prosecutor’s office for review.

Domestic violence — Chesapeake Elementary School, Nov. 21, principal reported two 6-year-old girls alleged they were afraid to go home because their father threatened to kill them.

Domestic violence, assault — 10 block Township Road 1391, Chesapeake, Nov. 24, man alleged brother punched him in the face three times; man allegedly punched another person in the face as well; negative contact with suspect.

Burglary — Henson’s Bow Shop, 100 block Second Ave., Chesapeake, Nov. 19, $1,500 taken from register; loaded revolver taken.

Breaking and entering — 400 block Township Road 1161, Proctorville, Nov. 20, hand tools taken from garage.

Theft — 10 block Township Road 1122, Proctorville, Nov. 20, woman alleged she gave unknown man $100 to do yard work; man took the money and her leaf blower and car jack and left without doing the work.

Burglary — A private drive in South Point, Nov. 19, laptop, gun and car keys taken from residence, $1,500 taken from register; loaded revolver taken.

Breaking and entering, theft, vandalism — 8100 block County Road 12, Proctorville, Nov. 19, shed and back door of residence kicked in; electronics, jewelry and clothes taken.

Theft — Advantage Auto Sales, 100 block County Road 407, South Point, Nov. 18, car hauler taken from lot.

Burglary — 100 block Township Road 1021, South Point, Nov. 18, two TVs taken from residence; suspect named.

Making terroristic threat — Walmart, South Point, Nov. 23, unknown suspect called in a bomb threat; store searched and nothing suspicious found.

Breaking and entering, petty theft, criminal damaging — 3300 block County Road 66, Proctorville, Nov. 23, chain saw, generator and five gallons of gas taken from storage building.

Breaking and entering — 80 block Township Road 1506, Proctorville, Nov. 22, weed trimmer taken from out building.

Breaking and entering, petty theft, criminal damaging — 100 block County Road 36, Chesapeake, Nov. 20, two weed eaters, ladder, chain saw, gas can and records taken from out building.

Aggravated burglary, vandalism — 1900 block County Road 66, Proctorville, Nov. 23, woman reported unknown suspects knocking on her door in the middle of the night; sliding glass door broken out; suspects left when they saw woman.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 1302, Chesapeake, Nov. 23, license plate stolen from vehicle.
