Special Saturday edition

Published 11:22 am Friday, December 19, 2014

On Saturday The Tribune will produce a special “Glad Tidings” edition that will be a showcase of the newspaper’s content and an avenue for advertisers to reach as many as three times the customers as they would in a normal edition.

This free Saturday edition of The Tribune will be delivered using a combination of distribution efforts to every household in our core market area that includes Ironton, Coal Grove, South Point, Hanging Rock, Pedro, Waterloo, Scottown and a few other outlying areas.

It will be delivered to the more than 150 dealer locations and free newspaper boxes in Chesapeake and Proctorville.

The end result is that about 24,000 copies of this special edition will reach Lawrence County residents. This is a way to offer advertisers a unique opportunity to make a last-minute push before Christmas.

It also will provide our current readers a little something extra and give many non-subscribers a taste of what The Tribune offers each day and each week.

Although we won’t have a Saturday edition all the time, this is one opportunity to sit down on Saturday morning and get caught up on what is going on in Lawrence County.
