Hannah Miller might not be like Reddy Kilowatt, but she certainly put a charge in her teammates.

After missing the last four games with an injury — three ended in losses — Miller returned to the lineup and sparked her Female Flyer teammates as St. Joseph rolled past the Sciotoville East Lady Tartans 76-21 on Monday.

Lynsey Booker and Amber Neal each scored 18 points — Neal hit four 3-pointers — and Haley Bartram scored 11 points as St. Joseph improved to 11-4.

Miller had 13 points as she returned following an ankle injury.

“We had one of those nights when we just put the ball in the basket. We had Hannah back and we wanted to get back in the flow as a unit and we were able to do that,” said Female Flyers’ coach Nick Miller.

Booker scored 12 point in the first quarter and Miller added 8 as St. Joseph roared to a 25-7 lead.

Neal got 9 points in the second quarter and Miller added 5 more as the lead grew to 45-8 at the half.

Neal drained three 3-pointers and Booker got 4 points in the third quarter as St. Joseph built an insurmountable 63-11 lead.

Natalie Heaberlin and Bartram scored 5 points each in the fourth quarter for the Female Flyers who had only nine players available due to injuries and illness.

St. Joseph visits Racine Southern on Thursday.
