Due to deteriorating weather conditions and anticipated school closings, the Fifth Annual Tri-State High School Juried Art Show awards ceremony and opening reception originally planned for Thursday has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26 in the Bowman Auditorium at the Ironton campus of Ohio University Southern.
