PINE GROVE — They’re heading for the 18th green.

The Ironton Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club is down to its final weekly outings as October approaches.

The Ladies will have another outing on Tuesday followed by the end-of-the-year Guest Day on Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Ladies are asked to bring a covered dish for the Guest Day end of year party.

Last week’s hostess: Sharon Fox.

Last week’s event winners: Wanda Spears (three events), Joyce Lewis.

This Tuesday’s hostess: Rose Auble.

The ladies group meets at 9 a.m. on Tuesday’s for a brief business meeting that includes breakfast snacks.

Golfing events begin at 9:30 followed by lunch and the announcement of the day’s winners.

New members are always welcome.
