COLUMBUS (AP) — As early voting begins in Ohio, the state’s elections chief is offering first-ever online videos describing three statewide fall ballot issues.

Voters may cast early ballots beginning Tuesday. This can be done by mail using an absentee ballot or in person at early-voting locations across the state. Early-voting sites are open for about 200 hours between now and Election Day on Nov. 3.

Secretary of State Jon Husted has updated his website — MyOhioVote(dot)com — to include educational videos along with ballot language, explanations and arguments for and against each measure.
