Albert E. Mitchem, Sr., 85, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, West Virginia. Albert is survived by his wife, Leora Mae Finch Mitchem. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by Jack Finch.
