9 indicted by grand jury

A Lawrence County grand jury indicted nine people this week on various charges, including drugs and attempted murder.

• Reginald Marbury, 32, of 14611 Bengard Drive, Detroit, Michigan, second-degree possession of heroin and third-degree tampering with evidence.

• Frances N. White, 21, of East Bank Kanawha County, West Virginia, second-degree trafficking in cocaine, second-degree possession of cocaine, third-degree improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree obstructing justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.

• Charles I. Hash, 34, of 1545 Lee Street Apt. 2, Charleston, West Virginia, third-degree unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

• Eric A. Collins, 27, of 719 S. Eighth St., Ironton, second-degree burglary.

• Marvin E. Sexton, 53, of 529 Rockwood Avenue, Chesapeake, second-degree felonious assault, second-degree attempted murder, third-degree tampering with evidence and second-degree burglary.

• Frank D. Smith, 62, of 4399 Bowman Hill Road, Huntington, West Virginia, second-degree complicity to felonious assault, second-degree complicity to attempted murder, third-degree tampering with evidence and third-degree obstructing justice.

• Bruce J. Rudolph, 59, of 4399 Bowman Hill Road, Huntington, West Virginia, third-degree tampering with evidence.

• Jimmie R. O’Field, 57, of 701 Township Road 109, South Point, fourth-degree improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, using weapons while intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance, a first-degree misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a minor misdemeanor.

• Maurice A. Cooper, 39, of 1020 Negley Street, Farrell, Pennsylvania, second-degree trafficking in cocaine, second-degree possession of cocaine, third-degree having weapons while under disability, possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.
