The Lawrence County Ohio Emergency Management Agency is reporting that a fallen tree and utility lines are blocking State Route 93 and traffic is blocked at or about the area of the Lawrence County Juvenile Detention Center. The road could be blocked for an extended time according to the person reporting the downed tree.
