— Jerry Basenback Jr., 30, Huntington, W.Va., DUI driving under suspension, outstanding warrant Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— James M. Cummings, 37, 8130 County Road 1, South Point, domestic violence Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.

— Tina M. Dixon, 35, Huntington, W.Va., possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— Michael Gibson, 21, Huntington, W.Va., driving under suspension, fictitious registration, weaving Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Sheriff’s office

Domestic violence — Fayette Township Saturday, woman reportedly assaulted, car damaged, telephone broken, Timothy E. Powell, 38, of 227 County Road 407, South Point, charged with domestic violence, criminal damaging and disrupting public service and taken to jail.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 616, South Point Saturday, vacant apartment reportedly entered, Steven G. Johnson, 37, 14 Private Drive 268, South Point, charged with breaking and entering and taken to jail.

Menacing — State Route 373, Pedro Sunday, man and woman reportedly menaced, suspect named.

Ironton police

Dog bite — Reported at police station Monday, second child reportedly bitten by dog during incident Friday.

Juvenile — 2100 block North Fifth Street Monday, son refusing to get up for school, mother requested police assistance, child already on probation, mother advised to contact probation officer.

Accident — Third and Ashtabula streets Monday, no reported injuries.

Intoxicated female — JAB lounge, Third Street Monday, woman reportedly dancing on top of bar, refusing to get down, left prior to officers’ arrival.

Trouble — JAB lounge, Third Street Monday, person causing trouble left prior to officers’ arrival.

Trouble — North Second and Grey streets Tuesday, man and woman in street reportedly arguing, advised.

Breaking and entering — 2000 block South Sixth Street Tuesday, garage entered.
