—Richard E. Abbott, 55, 394 Township Road 508E, South Point, commitment Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.
—Crystal Black, 21, 60 Private Drive 267, Proctorville, commitment Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.

Trouble — 1900 block South Fourth Street Wednesday, child reportedly causing trouble, advised.
Breaking and entering — 1000 block North Fifth Street Wednesday, residence entered, items taken.
High Water — Lawrence Street Wednesday, city street department advised.
Trouble — 1200 block South 10th Street Wednesday, unwelcome guest, all advised.
Remove subject — JAB Lounge, South Third Street Thursday, man refusing to leave and arguing with his girlfriend, man left prior to officer’s arrival and girlfriend advised not to return to bar.
Vandalism — 900 block South 10th Street Thursday, Kids reportedly trying to break into residence, located and taken home, parents advised.

High Water — Lawrence Street Wednesday, city street department advised to use row boats when repairing pot holes.
Trouble — 1200 block South 10th Street Wednesday, unwelcome guest, all advised that the guest had an invitation.
Remove subject — JAB Lounge, South Third Street Thursday, man refusing to leave and arguing with his girlfriend, man left prior to officer’s arrival and girlfriend advised to hook up with another man and return to bar.
Vandalism — 900 block South 10th Street Thursday, Kids reportedly trying to break into residence, located and taken home, parents tasered then advised.
