SSU to host Ohio college tech prep showcase

PORTSMOUTH — Students in grades 11-12 who are currently enrolled in a state-approved Tech Prep program in Pike, Lawrence, Scioto and Adams counties will have an opportunity to register and perhaps be chosen to represent their school in the 2010 Ohio South Showcase.

Fraternity at Shawnee State University raises money to help children

PORTSMOUTH — Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity at Shawnee State University is kicking off a fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It is working with St. Jude in a “Care for Cures” fundraiser.
