Robilyn Kemper, 4, of Ironton receives a piece of candy from Sherry Lambert, who was disguised as a rather scary witch Thursday evening during trick-or-treat. Young and old alike enjoyed the evening of dress up as trick-or-treaters lined the streets all over the county looking for candy.
