Bagel, a bichon frise, keeps alert eyes on activity down the street while walking with his owner Larry Stall of Ironton Monday. Stall said he wore his jacket when he went outside because of the quick change in temperatures. Residents awoke this morning to frost as temperatures dropped into the 30s. Warm days like this past Sunday will soon be only a memory, weather experts say.
