After finishing as runner-up to Portsmouth Notre Dame in Ironton Invitational, the Fighting Tigers avenged the defeat Monday in resounding fashion.

Ironton had a 154 team score to beat the Titans by 15 strokes in a triangular match. Notre Dame finished with a 169 team score and the Rock Hill Redmen had a 178 total.

The Fighting Tigers were led by Andy Brown who took individual medalist honors with a 2-over par 37. Adam Rudmann was just one stroke back at 38 and Bo McGinnis shot a 39.

Josh Cartmell and Michael McGraw each carded a 40 while Jeff Parnell finished with a 43.

Rock Hill was paced by Jeff Crabtree with a 38, Kevin Kouns was next with a 46 while Ryan Norris and Valerie McCoy each had a 47.

Joe Augustin shot a 40 and Mike Glockner 41 to lead the Titans. Nate Augustin had a 43, Ryan Noble 45, and Matt Setters 46.

Ironton is now 69-11 on the season.
