The shelves of blood at the Tri-State Division of the American Red Cross in Huntington, W.Va. have been all but bare in recent days. Though more blood has come in the past few days, the Red Cross is asking residents of the Tri-State area to donate blood to assure the organization has an ample supply for the 30 hospitals in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia it serves.
