Members of the Russell, Ky., Junior Air Force ROTC parade the colors as a tribute to America and the victims of the Sept. 11 tragedies starts in Burlington Tuesday night. Hundreds stopped by during the tribute, sponsored by Wal-Mart. Church singers, WTCR, television personalities and others spoke and entertained during the tribute. Fayette Township firefighters "passed the boot," collecting donations for the Septmeber 11th fund.
